Fragility

Fragility was conceived during a time of Covid in response to what was happening locally, national and globally. The sculpture, installed in the High Street conveys a sense of helplessness and desperation. The Exhibition was supported with these words:

‘How fragile would you feel if you were waiting it out at home?  Waiting for your business to fail.  Waiting for the government to act.  Waiting and watching as the press fuel the collective subconscious of fear.  How much more can you take?  Twelve months? When the music restarts, some will fall.’

Mixed Media, hand made paper with news and tissue paper, ink and text.  Location of installation Bridge of Allan, Henderson Street.
